Your website has many different methods to move files from your computer to your website. The most common way to move files is by using a FTP client program like FileZilla. There are many free FTP programs out there and any one of them will work with our system.

To use FTP first download and install a FTP client program like the one from here. FileZilla has software for Windows, Mac, and Linux users.
Once you have the software installed you will need to setup your connection. With your FTP program open go to File and then Site Manager. This will open a new window. Click the New Site button and give your connection a name, any name will do here.
Now we need to give Your FTP client connection details. In the box that says host insert ftp.yourwebaddress.com. You could also use the address green1.integrishosting.com. The next important field is Logon Type and this is normal password. The next two fields are your cPanel's username and password.

You can now click the Connect button at the bottom and your FTP client will make a connection to the server. Your websites public files will be in a folder called public_html/ and you can now make changes to your live website.

Secure connections:
URL: green1.integrishosting.com
Protocol: FTP
Port: 21
Security: Require Explicit FTP over TLS
Logon Type: Normal

Alternative Secure connection:
URL:green1.integrishosting.com
Protocol: SFTP
Port:22
Logon Type: Normal

Non secure connections:
URL: ftp.integrishosting.com (or use your own sites domain)
Protocol: FTP
Port:21
Security: Use plain FTP
Login Type: Normal
